Yes! We deliver to all major islands in the Philippines — Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Our headquarters is in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, so deliveries within Cebu and nearby areas are fastest. For remote or island locations, we recommend our flat-pack units which are easier and cheaper to ship.

Absolutely. We assist our clients with the entire permit process including building permit applications, structural engineering certifications, electrical and plumbing compliance, fire safety requirements, and barangay/LGU clearances. Our team is experienced with Philippine building regulations.

Yes. All our units are engineered with steel frames and reinforced structures designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 200 kph. Our materials and construction methods are specifically chosen for the Philippine climate — including resistance to typhoons, heavy rainfall, and tropical heat.

The foundation type depends on the unit and your site conditions. Most units require either a concrete slab foundation or steel pier foundation. Our team will assess your site and recommend the most suitable and cost-effective foundation. Foundation work can be included in your package or done separately.

Yes! While we offer standard models, we specialize in custom builds. You can modify floor plans, choose interior finishes, add rooms, change window placements, and more. Our design team will work with you to create a layout that fits your exact needs and budget.

Our basic package starting from ₱135,000 includes the prefabricated structure only — steel frame, insulated wall panels, aluminum windows and doors, metal roofing, and basic flooring. This does NOT include electrical wiring, plumbing, fixtures, or any other additions. All electrical, plumbing, interior finishing, and other upgrades are available at additional cost. We currently require a 50% down payment to start production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. We are working on financing partnerships and installment options. Contact us to discuss payment arrangements for your specific project.
